Connexions was founded in 1996 and is Victoria's first dual-diagnosis service. Connexions supports young people aged 16-28 years old who have a dual diagnosis of mental health and substance use issues. We provide assertive counselling, casework and advocacy support to participants, and also offer secondary consultation, training and support to other workers.
