About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably experienced and qualified individual to take on a dual Intake & Assessment and Case Manager role in the Hume Merri-bek Navigator Program. The role is responsible for actioning and triaging referrals to the Navigator Program, as well as providing individually tailored support to disengaged learners within the context of their families, whilst developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across a range of sectors.
This is a 0.9FTE position, based in Brunswick. An attractive hourly rate plus superannuation and salary packaging is on offer.
