This accredited course is designed for people who wish to consolidate their skills to increase employment opportunities, particularly in the hospitality industry, or to go onto further study. You will develop skills and knowledge in reading and writing, numeracy, communication and digital literacy.

Upon completion you will have the confidence to read, interpret, evaluate and create complex texts and apply numeracy in a range of contexts.

In addition this course offers practical skills training on a commercial espresso machine and responsible serving of alcohol. There is the  opportunity to undertake work experience.
