Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is a new Australian Government-funded service, delivered by Jesuit Social Services. The program supports people with disability who have had contact with the justice system, to prepare for, find, and maintain work. We deliver the program in the Bayside, Calder, Plenty, Westgate and Yarra municipal areas.

Jesuit Social Services is the only IEA provider in Victoria that works specifically with people who have had intersection with the justice system. For nearly 50 years we have worked with people involved with the justice system, helping them prepare for and find the work, housing, and other opportunities and ongoing support that they need to thrive.

Through our employment division, we’ve built strong relationships with a wide range of industries and employers, successfully supporting many individuals from justice-involved backgrounds into meaningful employment.

Who is eligible?

Anyone who meets all four of the following criteria:

• Disability, injury or health condition

• Intersection with the justice system (police, courts, custody)

• 16 years or older

We work with all industries, and have a strong history working with construction, trades, warehousing, hospitality.

We work with participants from the time of registration, through to finding employment, and then maintain contact with the participant and employer for up to a year to ensure everything is working well.
