Both experience and research tells us that one of the most reliable pathways out of disadvantage and most effective ways of connecting with the broader community is through employment.
Employment Services is Jesuit Social Service’s major activity to help disadvantaged Victorian jobseekers gain employment. These services are delivered by specialist employment experts who work closely with employers to identify job opportunities and prepare job seekers for those roles.
The Employment Mentor will be responsible for providing tailored services to improve work-readiness of disadvantaged jobseekers, and engaging with employers to identify job opportunities to support these jobseekers transition successfully into employment.
This is a full time contract role until the 31st of July 2022. There are several positions available across metropolitan Melbourne.
