About the role
The Learning and Practice Development Unit of Jesuit Social Services is looking to recruit to the role of Senior Practice Consultant: Family-focused. In this role you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Build the capacity of program staff to ensure that practice has a strong family-inclusive focus, including building staffs’ understanding of systemic, attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches to working with families.
- Assist in the further development, articulation and embedding of our family-focused approach
- Provide training, reflective practice and practice consultation to teams that work with individuals and families with multiple and complex needs.
