About the role
We are looking for an experienced coordinator with expertise in prevention of gender-based violence with boys and men to:
- lead key projects from initial contact with program partners through project management, co-design, delivery, evaluation and reporting, and
- develop and deliver engaging and effective workshops to diverse, and sometimes resistant community members.
The role sits within the Prevention in Communities team at The Men’s Project. The team leads several projects across trades, construction, sport, workplaces, councils and community groups. The role will focus mostly on working in trade and construction projects but will have the flexibility to work across all projects when required.
