Build Your Own Garden Box is a practical course which introduces you to the wonderful world of gardening and permaculture.

Course Details:

Location: Ecological Justice Hub, 3 Saxon Street, Brunswick 3057
Dates: March 12, 19, 26, Apr 9, 16
Time: 10AM – 3PM

Eligibility: Permanent Resident and/or Australian Citizen/New Zealand Citizen and not enrolled in mainstream secondary school (any secondary schooling Years 7 to 12 including High Schools, Specialist schools and Secondary Colleges)For further information and to enrol please contact Jesuit Community College on 9415 8700 or email courses@jss.org.au

Course Content

You will:

• Create and maintain your own take home garden box.
• Improve your landscaping and horticulture skills.
• Improve your understanding of ecosystems.
• Learn about working with recycled timber

Course Outcomes

You will receive:

• Statement of Participation
• Assistance to pathway into Jesuit Community College’s employment and training program
