Gateway's Pathways Support workers carry out a comprehensive assessment with participants in the Gateway Program. This ensures a personalised pathway can be identified based on individual needs, strengths and aspirations. These pathways provide a range of options, which can enable people to experience greater participation in education, training and employment in the community
