New office in Darwin - Jesuit Social Services

Jesuit Social Services is excited to expand our presence in the Northern Territory with a new office in Darwin. The office will focus on establishing a Justice Group Conferencing program to reduce reoffending rates, based on restorative justice principles.

CEO Julie Edwards and Executive Director Advocacy and Strategic Communications Cath Neville travelled to Darwin recently to meet with key stakeholders including members of NTCOSS, NAAJA, legal representatives and the Minister for Territory Families Dale Wakefield to discuss our work in Victoria, NSW and with remote Aboriginal communities in the Territory.

We look forward to building on our experience delivering group conferencing in Victoria and working to build safe and just communities for all.
